TGP: The Gearhead Project

Below are the foundations of what we do.

We help people build better cars, businesses, and lives.

This is where we talk about what works, what doesn’t, and how what we know about cars applies to the rest of our lives.

TGP is a blog, a private forum, and more. It’s a gearhead-owned business built around the idea that automotive enthusiasts deserve better. While we believe that a business must make a profit to exist, we believe our business exists to make a difference. Profit will follow.

The Gearhead Project is the gearhead’s project. It’s also the gearhead AS the project.

This is a place where those who want more from life step up and grab it. We are our brothers’ keepers, here. The more you show up, the more you get involved, the more you get out of it. TGP is the natural progression of over 20 years of automotive community experience and leadership. We’ve helped each other build high performance machines. Now, we extend that performance the to rest of our lives.

This is where we talk about:

  • Cars, repairs, and modifications.
  • Careers, companies, and organizations.
  • Life, the Universe, and everything else (42).

If you’ve ever wished you could have some say in the stories published in your favorite car magazine, you’ve come to the right place. We’re lean, hungry, and eager to serve our most engaged readers. Speak up and be heard! We’re listening And if you really want to get involved, consider becoming a member. A $10 annual membership gets you behind the scenes and a seat at the table. It’s a great way to support quality automotive journalism and get help with your own projects.

Life is a build thread. What are you building?

Let’s build it together. Join us.

Thanks for stopping by.

We want a life that makes more sense and feels more like living, than getting by. If that sounds good to you…

Can we send you cool stuff once a week?
